Our Standard Pricing Structure
Our pricing is based on three main factors: the number of trucks needed for your move, the total labor time, and the overall distance traveled.
Mover
$ 80 per hour
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the number of movers you need.
We charge $80 per hour per mover on Mon-Thu and $90 per hour per mover on Fri-Sun. Time starts when we arrive at your starting location and ends once all items are placed where you’d like them in your new space. Billing is rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment. Because we charge hourly, you can use our team as a resource beyond just moving. If you’d like help with things like bed reassembly, organizing, or placing items exactly where you want them, we’re happy to take care of it—it just may add a bit more time to the job.

Trucks
$ 150 per truck
Our pricing for trucks is simple and upfront.
There is a $150 flat fee per truck for it to arrive at your home. If your move requires multiple trucks, that charge will be applied per truck and reflected on your final invoice. This rate applies to all local moves within a 30-mile radius of our warehouse.
If you don’t need a truck and are only using labor, a $100 service charge will be included on your estimate and final invoice for moves up to 30 miles.
Fuel Surcharge
$ 1 per mile
The fuel surcharge is calculated based on total round-trip mileage. We charge $1 per mile from our warehouse to your locations and back to our warehouse.
Amount of hours
15 minute increments
Time is billed in 15-minute increments and rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.
Since we work on an hourly basis, our team can also help with additional tasks beyond just moving. If you’d like assistance with things like bed reassembly or placing items exactly where you want them, we’re happy to help—just keep in mind that these services may add some time to the overall job.
Additional Charges to Be Aware Of:
Hold Time: If we need to wait while you gain access to your new home (such as during a closing), a charge of $100 per hour per truck will apply during that waiting period.
Overnight Hold: If your items need to remain in our truck overnight, there will be a $200 charge per truck.
Specialty Items: Items that are especially heavy or difficult to move may require an additional charge. We will always discuss and confirm any extra costs with you beforehand. Examples include pianos, gun safes, hot tubs, concrete structures and similar items.
Floor Protection: We offer floor protection for carpet surfaces at a rate of $30 per roll of carpet shield.
Long-Distance Moves: For moves outside our standard service area, any additional costs will be clearly outlined during the quoting process.
Disposal Services: If you’d like us to remove unwanted items as a part of your move, the following price structure applies:
- $ 100 for a small load of 1-2 items
- $ 250 for a quarter of a truck
- $ 500 for half of a truck
- $ 1000 for a full truck
Items such as large furniture, mattresses, electronics, and certain materials may require additional handling and charges.
Donation Pick Up Services: If you need us to run some items from your house to the donation center of your choice as a part of your move, the items will stay in our truck and be driven to the donation center. The drop off will be billed based on actual time and mileage. If the items are not accepted at the donation center a disposal fee will apply.
Moving Blankets: If any moving blankets are left behind with you, there is a $10 charge per blanket. If returned, you will receive a $5 credit per blanket.
Wardrobe Boxes: Wardrobe boxes are available for rent at $10 per box. These are provided on moving day and should be returned at the completion of the move.
